Shipping Policy

We work with a Print On Demand fulfillment center within the United States to print, package, and ship out our book orders within the quickest time-frame possible, so our customers/clients receive their book purchases in a timely fashion.

Currently, our fulfillment partner prints, packages, and ships book orders within a 5 - 7-day window. Once a customer/client book order is shipped, an email is sent to the customer/client with the shipping/tracking number.

All books/packages are currently shipped via Generic Ground through the United States Postal Services (USPS)

Refund/Returns Policy

If, for any reason, our customers/clients are unsatisfied with their book purchase, they can request a refund within 30 days of ordering the book by contacting our support team by emailing support@purposeunleashed.com or opening a support ticket by visiting our support desk and opening a support ticket. We currently do not accept returns. Our customers/clients are at liberty to dispose of the books they have purchased from us any way they choose.
